Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept self-pay and may work with select insurance providers.

While our licensed professionals are trained to provide quality care, Zion Care Services makes no guarantees about the results of counseling or therapeutic sessions. Every client’s experience and outcome may differ based on individual circumstances.
